High density packing solution for a roof rail. The exterior is made of steel and the interior dunnage is made of Lightex and foam sandwiched textile incorporating a multiple layers of parts. Each layer is moveable to gain access to the layer below. The rack is equipped with a moveable cover to protect the components during transport.
